One of the definitions of the word “marrow” is
“the essential part of something”. Similar to the meaning of
“core” or “essence” – it is “one’s inner most being”.

MARROW aims to be an easy to understand counselling and psychotherapy website for clients to access, book & pay for their sessions. We offer remote therapy only which means you can have your session from the comfort of your own space.

What to expect

Who is my therapist?

My name is Lauren Hall, an accredited Psychotherapist who works with a Humanistic Integrative approach to therapy. Majority of my work is based in ‘talk therapy’, we simply talk together and explore your thoughts, connect dots and where possible we explore tools, ideas or resources that may help. These tools are informed by CBT, Solution-focussed brief therapy, Polyvagal therapy among others.

I have a Bachelor of Social Science from Rhodes University and a Masters in Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities & Applied Sciences. My background includes volunteering in crisis counselling in Ireland and the UK, remote offerings through one of Ireland’s largest online counselling services, supported hundreds of callers as a in-house clinician for an international EAP (employee assistance programme) as well in-person sessions within a local clinic in the South East. I am an accredited member of the APCP.

Who is it for?

At this time MARROW is offering online/telephone sessions to people living in Ireland over the age of 18.

Sessions are charged at €65 per session and we can explore a sliding scale for students/pensioners, this however needs to be discussed before booking. If you are wanting to explore this please contact us at info@marrow.ie
